The recently completed 205 Apartments, at 1795 N.E. 205th St. in Shoreline, have sold for just over $20.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was GRE 205th LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the land in 2014 for $1.7 million, then developed it.
