Goodman pays nearly $80M for 270 Kitsap County units

Cascade Ridge, at 1206 N.W. Tahoe Lane in Silverdale, sold last week for $79.5 million, according to Kitsap County records. The complex is about a 20-minute drive south to the Bremerton ferry dock.
