The Canvas Apartments, at 600 Elliott Ave. W., sold last week for almost $47.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Oly-Ida Canvas LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the land in 2011 for about $1.9 million, then developed it.
