The new Merc Apartments, at 18120 102nd Ave. N.E. in downtown Bothell, have sold for a little over $38.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the land in 2014 for about $2.2 million, then developed it.
