Pre-leasing has started in the 24-story Viktoria apartment tower in Seattle.
The $92 million structure at 1915 Second Ave. in Belltown topped out in April and is scheduled to open in February.
A presentation center is open at 1902 Second Ave., across the street.
The 249 units will be a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 483 to 1,322 square feet.
The Viktoria is being billed as luxury housing with hotel-like trappings. Amenities include a lobby and reception area, on-site concierge, yoga room, private movie theater, game room, kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and a business center and conference room.
A top-floor “sky lounge” will offer panoramic views.
Apartments will have wood floors, stainless appliances, “designer” finishes and air conditioning.
