Assistant Project Manager
Ben Lek has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry spanning commercial, residential, institutional, multi-family, and civil projects. He joined Goodman Real Estate in 2021 as an Assistant Program Manager focusing on multi-family and new construction projects.
In his day-to-day work, Ben uses his proactive management style to support the Program Manager and Construction Manager. He is a go-getter who ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget and are completed correctly the first time. Ben values teamwork and believes that keeping lines of communication open among stakeholders ensures effective, timely results.
Ben grew up in the Pacific Northwest and studied construction management at the University of Washington. He has used his expertise as a volunteer at the Delridge Community Center and while helping family and friends with their home improvement projects. Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling, trying new foods, hiking, biking, kayaking, and photography.
