His expertise spans acquisitions, dispositions, and equity management, making him an invaluable leader within the organization.

Don has been with Goodman Real Estate for 18 years, during which he has built strong investor relationships and successfully closed numerous high-value deals. In 2025 alone, he closed over $66 million in acquisitions and $600 million in dispositions. Prior to joining GRE, Don spent 20 years as an institutional broker at CBRE, where he developed a reputation as a top-performing investment sales executive. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than $2 billion in acquisitions and dispositions, completing over 350 transactions. His extensive experience also includes leading teams specializing in asset and property management, and he is highly regarded for his ability to foster strong relationships with institutional investors and equity partners.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Don brings a unique combination of strategic vision, deep market knowledge, and creative problem-solving to the leadership team. Outside of work, Don is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his six children. An outdoor enthusiast, he can often be found skiing, boating, paddleboarding, swimming, or diving into a good book.
