Eric Rogers joined Goodman Real Estate in 2014, starting as an intern in the Asset Services department while completing his Business degree at Washington State University. After graduating, he joined the company full-time in 2015 and has since built his entire career at GRE, gaining invaluable experience across Asset Management, Development, and Investment departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and how each department contributes to its overall success.
With a proven track record of success, Eric has been instrumental in the execution of over $2 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career. Most notably, he played a key role in the repositioning of the GRE portfolio, which resulted in $1B in transactions in 2025. His expertise in sourcing investment opportunities, debt placement, and developing strategic plans for acquisitions, developments, and renovations has been a driving force behind GRE’s continued growth and success.
As Vice President of Investments, Eric brings a unique blend of analytical precision and strategic vision to the leadership team. His ability to identify opportunities and execute complex transactions ensures GRE remains at the forefront of the industry.
Outside of work, Eric is an avid sports fan and a proud supporter of Courts for Kids, a nonprofit organization that builds sports courts for children in economically disadvantaged areas. His passion for teamwork and community extends beyond the office, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
