Fred is dedicated to building a well-trained, cohesive team that delivers timely, accurate financial reporting while supporting GRE’s strategic goals.

Fred’s career began in public accounting as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. With a career spanning decades in real estate accounting, Fred brings expertise in managing complex business transactions and streamlining monthly and annual financial processes. His passion for strategic planning and efficient execution ensures GRE’s financial operations remain both innovative and effective.

A graduate of Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration, Fred is also a licensed CPA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and coaching his two sons in baseball, football, and golf. A devoted Seahawks fan, Fred loves cheering on the team at home games and even traveling to away games. When he’s not on the field or in the stands, you’ll find him on the golf course or enjoying a relaxing getaway to Mexico.
