James Anderson joined GRE Management in 2023 as an Investment Portfolio Manager. With a background in multifamily, James sets and achieves his goals of bringing value to the organization and the communities he oversees. James is a people-centric leader and blends strategic thinking, and his ability to connect with others to get performance-driven results.

A proud graduate of Park University, John holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in International Business. Further demonstrating his commitment to professional development, he has earned prestigious designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM).

James is actively involved in volunteering at his kids’ school and sporting activities. In his free time, James enjoys exploring the outdoors, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and spending quality time with his family.
