Tim joined the GRE team in 2003, coming from Trammell Crow, where he had been for 11 years. He is a well-rounded real estate professional, having working in property management, corporate outsourcing, real estate transactions, and development. Tim has a BA from Washington State University and holds a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. He is actively involved with the real estate organizations IREM, BOMA, and NAIOP.
Known for his ability to achieve company, client, and partner objectives, Tim’s clients love to work with him because he is adaptable to change when the situation calls for it. He works hard, has a great deal of stamina, and understands that flexibility is important to his and his client’s successes. Tim enjoys working on projects that he helps to shape and deliver. At the end of the day, he likes to point to something tangible and know he had a hand in it. Tim is a supporter of the Plymouth Housing Group which provides transitional housing for individuals. He is drawn to the organization because they have an impressive track record and provide excellent service to the Seattle community.
Outside of work, Tim loves spending time with his wife, three kids and extended family. They mean the world to him.
