Pre-leasing has started in the 24-story Viktoria apartment tower in Seattle.

The $92 million structure at 1915 Second Ave. in Belltown topped out in April and is scheduled to open in February.

A presentation center is open at 1902 Second Ave., across the street.

The 249 units will be a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 483 to 1,322 square feet.

The Viktoria is being billed as luxury housing with hotel-like trappings. Amenities include a lobby and reception area, on-site concierge, yoga room, private movie theater, game room, kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and a business center and conference room.

A top-floor “sky lounge” will offer panoramic views.

Apartments will have wood floors, stainless appliances, “designer” finishes and air conditioning.

Goodman Real Estate, Mack Urban and Capri Capital Partners are partners in the project. National Real Estate Advisors was the lender.

Weber Thompson is the architect and Turner Construction is the general contractor.
