Savannah Magno joined GRE Management in August 2021 as a Leasing Professional focused on multi-family communities. In her current role, Savannah ensures the accuracy of accounts, processes deposit accountings, and effectively manages delinquency. Known for her problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor, she excels at making people feel heard and appreciated. Her perfectionist nature drives her to ensure every task is done meticulously and correctly.

Savannah is a passionate advocate for animal rights and actively supports her local animal shelter by donating food and toys during the holidays.

In her personal time, Savannah enjoys the company of her husband and two beloved dogs. She loves visiting dog parks, spending quality time at Topgolf with friends, and indulging in shopping trips to Target. Her life reflects a perfect blend of professional dedication and personal passion, creating a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

Maryann Bruno

Centralized Process Associate

Maryann Bruno joined GRE Management in May 2024 as a Resident Process Manager before transitioning to her current role as a Centralized Processing Associate. Her primary goal is to effectively tackle delinquency, leveraging her strengths in remaining calm during stressful situations and her deep passion for property management.

Professionally, Maryann is known for her quiet and observant nature, which initially may come across as shy. However, given time, her true warm and engaging personality shines through, earning her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

Outside of work, Maryann loves spending quality time with her two dogs, Max and Millie. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cherishing moments with family and friends. Her enthusiasm for discovering new places and experiences reflects her open and adventurous spirit.

Leah West

Centralized Process Associate

Leah West joined GRE Management in March 2022. As a Centralized Processing Associate, she focuses on delinquency, asset recovery, and compliance, handling tasks such as collections calls, file audits, deposit accounting, and collaborating with legal teams on eviction accounts. Known for her clear and courageous communication, Leah excels at addressing challenging topics with empathy, showcasing her tenacity and effectiveness in asset recovery. Her colleagues describe her as a no-nonsense individual with a vibrant personality, skilled at guiding difficult conversations towards mutually beneficial solutions.

Outside of her professional role, Leah is deeply involved in her church community at Abundant Life Community Worship Center. She sings on the worship team and mentors young adult women and teen girls, promoting a supportive environment for women to embrace their femininity.

In her personal life, Leah enjoys the company of her two beloved Dachshund mixes, Biggie and Jenasys. She delights in hosting dinner parties, crafting spoken word poetry, and enhancing the beauty of her home, with her closet room being a notable highlight for visitors.

Kirstie Hall

Centralized Process Associate

Kirstie Hall serves as a Centralized Processing Associate at GRE Management, having joined the team in 2018. Her primary focus is on managing delinquency accounts, where she diligently handles tasks such as communication through calls, texts, emails, door visits, and notices. Additionally, Kirstie is responsible for submitting accounts to legal, filing insurance claims, conducting deposit accounting, and auditing move-in files.

Kirstie is renowned for her preference for a clean and structured environment, yet she thrives in chaotic situations, adeptly solving problems as they arise. Her exceptional communication skills enable her to listen without judgment and offer solutions, making her a safe and approachable presence for colleagues. Known for her clear process explanations and knowledge sharing, Kirstie’s colleagues describe her as hardworking, and someone who knows how to bring energy and fun into the workplace with impromptu dance parties.

Kirstie is passionate about The Tears Foundation, a foundation that supports families who have lost an infant. In her personal time, she enjoys bonding with her dog through park visits and playtime, as well as spending quality moments with her family. A creative soul, Kirstie finds joy in drawing, painting, and clay work, and she delights in the vibrant atmosphere of live music concerts.

Jill Wahl

Centralized Process Associate

Jill Wahl brings 14 years of invaluable experience to GRE Management, with a specialized focus on Multi-family and Renovation. Known for her passion for numbers, Jill excels in accounting processes and ensuring precision and clarity in her work.

Jill’s professional reputation speaks volumes about her expertise and commitment. Her colleagues appreciate her unwavering dedication to maintaining financial accuracy and her ability to streamline complex tasks.

Away from her professional responsibilities, Jill is a proud single mother to a 17-year-old son, and an Australia Shepard mix names Maya. Jill and her son share a bond over video games, enjoying quality time and creating cherished memories.

Amethyst Clark

Centralized Process Associate

Amethyst Clark joined GRE Management in May 2019 supporting multi-family apartment communities. As a Centralized Processing Manager, her daily responsibilities include addressing delinquency issues, ensuring effective communication with onsite teams, and developing systems to streamline processes and systems. Amethyst’s primary goal is to work collaboratively with her colleagues to surpass current standards in debt collection, thereby improving financial recovery.

Amethyst has a strong background in studying and teaching AutoCAD and manual drafting to high school students, and she is eager to further explore her interests in project management and blueprint work. Recognized for her numerical skills and legal insight, she is exceptionally organized and consistently finds ways to simplify complex tasks. Her colleagues commend her for maintaining a positive outlook and always finding the bright side in any situation.

Amethyst is passionate about both mental and physical health and participates in women’s self-defense training. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys updating her home, spending time with family, and watching episodes of “The Bachelorette.”

Jennifer Phillips

Sr. Centralized Process Associate

Jennifer Phillips joined GRE Management in February 2022 as a Portfolio Manager overseeing and managing multiple multifamily assets in the Seattle market. Thrilled to contribute to the newly formed Centralized Process Associates team, Jennifer plays a crucial role in supporting on-site team members and enhancing overall efficiency and collaboration within the organization.

Renowned for her calm and composed demeanor, even in the most hectic situations, Jennifer attributes her poise and focus to her upbringing in an Air Force family. She is solutions-oriented and strongly believes in the power of teamwork, embracing the principle that hard work always pays off.

Jennifer holds a deep admiration for Rainier Scholars, an organization dedicated to providing underrepresented students of color with pathways to college graduation and future success. Her passion for this cause aligns with her belief in empowering students through education and support.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer cherishes quality time with her family. They enjoy engaging in outdoor activities like fishing and love cooking together. In her quieter moments, she appreciates a good cup of tea paired with a British crime drama, savoring these peaceful retreats.

Charlotte Skoglund

Operations Manager

Charlotte Skoglund joined GRE Management in 2024 as the Operations Manager, where she oversees a team that is responsible for overall performance, reporting, and delivery of charges, notices, and rent collection strategy. With 17 years of industry experience, Charlotte began her career as a Leasing Professional and has progressed through various leadership positions, including Area Manager. Her primary focus is on enhancing overall performance and building a robust centralized operations team. She is dedicated to training, leading, and encouraging her team while developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency.

Charlotte is renowned for streamlining processes and implementing best practices to boost operational effectiveness. Her strong relationships with vendors and commitment to exceptional customer service underline her strengths in problem-solving and team development. As someone who is passionate about both professional and personal growth, she actively participates in organizations like WMFHA (Washington Multifamily Housing Association), and contributes to community initiatives such as Toys for Tots and food drives for the homeless.

Outside of work, Charlotte cherishes quality time with her close-knit family, enjoying dinners, walks, and exploring Washington’s scenic locations. Her favorite retreat is their condo in Lake Chelan, a place that holds a special spot in her heart.

Andrew Epperson

Systems Support Associate

Andrew Epperson joined Goodman Real Estate in May of 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in multi-family systems and technology. His areas of expertise include new construction, renovations, and multi-use assets. He is adept in budgeting, financial analysis, budget maintenance, and property management software implementation.

Andrew holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Lane Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He earned his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2022 and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business from Washington State University Online.

Known for his “can-do” attitude and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, Andrew is frequently described by colleagues as ambitious, bright, and fashionable. He is especially recognized for his extravagant outfits at industry events.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys kayaking and hiking during the summer, gardening, and exploring culinary traditions from Scandinavia and the Mediterranean. He also loves traveling to Europe and brainstorming business ideas and plans. Andrew is passionate about LGBTQIA+ issues and aspires to one day own businesses that provide job skills and education for at-risk queer youth.

Dominic Aulisio

Accounting Associate

Dominic Aulisio joined GRE Management as an Accounting Associate in 2023. He specializes in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing and provides project support for the team.

Dominic holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio University. His background includes hospitality, internal and external customer service, membership sales, subsidy billing processing, and nonprofit administrative support.

Known for being a patient and attentive listener, Dominic is also proactive and adaptive in his learning. His colleagues appreciate his organized and detail-oriented approach to work, as well as his collaborative problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, practicing yoga, visiting museums, and indulging in his love for music and film. An avid reader, he’s also a fan of Major League Baseball and the National Basketball Association.

Ryan Perlov

Utility Billing & Accounting Associate

Ryan joined the GRE Management in 2023 and has since become instrumental in overseeing our utility billing process and providing invaluable accounts payable support to our accounting and operations teams.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, and he is currently furthering his education in data analytics, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and growth.

With years of experience spanning various administrative capacities in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, Ryan has honed his skills in accounting and data management. His colleagues describe him as detail-oriented, analytical, perceptive, and resourceful, traits that have enabled him to excel in his role at GRE.

When he’s not crunching numbers or exploring new places, Ryan can be found behind the lens, capturing the beauty of landscape photography and nature getaways in the Pacific Northwest.

Matthew Stibbs

Investment Portfolio Manager

Matthew Stibbs joined the GRE Management team in 2023 bringing more than a decade of industry experience.  Since joining the team, Matthew has demonstrated exceptional performance across a range of housing sectors, including garden style, high/mid-rise, lease-up, renovation, and subsidized housing.

Matthew’s approach to success is deeply rooted in the core values and vision set forth by GRE-M’s leadership. He seamlessly integrates these principles into the everyday culture of his onsite teams. His commitment to top-tier customer service and enhancing the resident experience is unwavering, firmly believing that when these elements are executed flawlessly, communities will flourish. A strong advocate for employee development, Matthew takes immense pride in mentoring his team members, fostering an environment where they can thrive and achieve unlimited growth within GRE Management.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Northern Iowa, where he also distinguished himself as a dedicated student-athlete with a passion for football. Further complementing his impressive professional portfolio are his CAM and CAPS certifications obtained from WMFHA. Matthew’s exemplary work has been recognized with Emerald Awards for Property Manager of the Year 300+ (2019), along with two Community of the Year accolades (2016/2017).

Outside of his professional life, Matthew places a high priority on family. In his free time, he enjoys coaching, volunteering, hiking, and sharing laughter-filled moments with his children. A man of diverse interests, he derives pleasure from exploring the culinary arts and playing his Gibson SG electric guitar.

Syraiyah Armendariz

Property Accountant

Syraiyah jumpstarted her career with GRE Management in April of 2023 as a Property Accountant, while also earning her Bachelor of Science in accounting at Grand Canyon University. In her role at GRE-M, she oversees all general ledger accounting activities, while also working closely with the Community Teams, Asset Services Department, and the Accounting Manager.

Syraiyah thrives on being a team player and enjoys collaborating with her colleagues. She is detail-oriented, process-driven, and consistently strives to do her job with enthusiasm and integrity.

In her free time, Syraiyah can be found spending quality time with her daughter and their family dog, painting, hiking, traveling, and going to the gym. Also, as a retired softball player, she enjoys going to the batting cages or catching a softball game at UW.

Howard Daniel II

Senior Property Accountant

Howard Daniel is a Senior Property Accountant at GRE Management where his focus is maintaining the financials for multifamily properties. Howard’s colleagues describe him as helpful, knowledgeable, and optimistic—always with a sense of humor. Howard aspires to leverage his keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and “never give up” mentality to expand his knowledge, opportunities, and responsibilities with GRE-M.

Howard worked in property management at Pike Place Market for 8 years and with Community Staffing Solutions in the same industry for 2 years before joining GRE-M in 2022. At Pike Place Market, he was tasked with managing the financials for buildings within his designated market, all while delivering stellar customer service.

Howard possesses his AAS in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Currently, he is earning his MBA from Western Govern University while simultaneously pursuing his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

When he’s not busy planning his next trip or adventure, you can find Howard enjoying activities that get him moving and outdoors in his free time: from going to the gym or bowling to golfing, basketball, and hiking.
