Carson Grisaffi

Property Accountant

Carson Grisaffi is a Property Accountant where his area of focus includes supporting GRE’s multifamily properties. His goal is to provide top-notch assistance to the individuals and properties with which he is working at any given time.

The draw to the real estate industry was ingrained in Carson at an early age by his mother, so he is particularly thankful to be bringing his accounting skills to work for GRE in 2022. Described by his colleagues as a positive personality invested in the success of others, Carson strives for efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.

Carson graduated from Idaho State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance. Hired out of college to perform accounting for a technology start-up, Carson wore many hats. His primary duties were in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement processes and systems.

When not at work, Carson enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outside, from golfing to snowboarding in the winter. He also enjoys watching football.

Jillian Krueger

Accounting Associate

Jillian Krueger is an Accounting Associate at Goodman Real Estate where she brings four years of accounting experience working with expense reports, budgets, and journal entries at Keller Supply Company. She is excited about the professional growth opportunities that come with GRE and prides herself on her eagerness to learn, her strong work ethic, and her ability to quickly assimilate as an integral part of the team. Jillian’s colleagues describe her as a valuable go-to resource and a team player who is always willing to help with any task.

Jillian received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. In her free time, Jillian enjoys a variety of activities, including staying active, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Cole Calabro

Investment Portfolio Manager

Cole Calabro is an Investment Portfolio Manager at Goodman Real Estate where he draws on his breadth of experience in past roles to lead teams and make data-driven decisions in overseeing a portfolio of assets across Arizona and Washington. Cole’s professional strengths include financial analysis, data interpretation, and business plan creation and execution. He is a firm believer in the importance and power of teamwork in driving optimized results.

Cole began working full-time with GRE in 2022 but credits his internship with GRE in 2015 as paving the path for his future in multifamily real estate. During the interim, Cole has had the good fortune of working with some of the brightest minds in the multifamily real estate industry. Since relocating back to Seattle, his professional focus has been in asset management for diverse portfolios.

Cole earned his Business Administration degree from Washington State University. He is a member of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has participated in the Young Leaders Group Partnership Forum in both Arizona and Washington.

Outside of work, Cole spends most of his time relaxing with his wife, Barrett, and their Fox Red Lab named Rio. He also enjoys outdoor activities including boating, golfing, and running.

Howard Daniel

Senior Property Accountant

Howard Daniel is a Senior Property Accountant at Goodman Real Estate where his focus is maintaining the financials for multifamily properties. Howard’s colleagues describe him as helpful, knowledgeable, and optimistic—always with a sense of humor. Howard aspires to leverage his keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and “never give up” mentality to expand his knowledge, opportunities, and responsibilities with GRE.

Howard worked in property management at Pike Place Market for 8 years and with Community Staffing Solutions in the same industry for 2 years before joining GRE in 2022. At Pike Place Market, he was tasked with managing the financials for buildings within his designated market, all while delivering stellar customer service.

Howard possesses his AAS in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Currently, he is earning his MBA from Western Govern University while simultaneously pursuing his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

When he’s not busy planning his next trip or adventure, you can find Howard enjoying activities that get him moving and outdoors in his free time: from going to the gym or bowling to golfing, basketball, and hiking.

Ashley Stathas

Property Accountant

Ashley Stathas is a Property Accountant at Goodman Real Estate where she prepares monthly financial statements and assists Community Managers and Portfolio Managers with accounting tasks of all types. Described by her colleagues as polite and helpful, Ashley is highly organized and dedicated to forging new connections. She is enthusiastic about expanding her accounting skills by learning new processes and applying her working knowledge toward GRE ingenuity.

Ashley worked at Blanton Turner as a property accountant for nearly 3 years before joining GRE. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent a decade working for the City of Seattle’s Parks and Recreation Department in the Pools and Beaches program. She joined GRE in 2022 in search of new experiences and opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of all aspects of property accounting.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Finance and double minors in Accounting and International Business from Western Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman

Accounting Specialist

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman is a Year Up Intern working as an Accounting Specialist at Goodman Real Estate. With a focus on client satisfaction, he takes great pride in his professionalism and strong communication skills and thoroughly enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie at GRE.

Education and learning are important to Kelvin. He graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Landing his Year Up internship enabled Kelvin to attend South Seattle College tuition-free, where he also maintained a flawless 4.0 GPA.

In his free time, Kelvin is passionate about physical fitness—from playing soccer with his team to working out at the gym. He also enjoys cruising around in his car and spending time with family.

Jason Daniel

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Jason Daniel is the Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Goodman Real Estate, where he works with site teams on maintenance-related tasks including project management, compliance, and training. Jason’s professional goal is to ensure GRE site staff are the best in the business, maintaining high quality standards and adding value to our assets.

With extensive maintenance experience in the industry over the past 20 years, Jason holds an EPA Type II HVAC certification in addition to having completed extension training programs with previous companies and held a CPO. He is a strong advocate for mentorship and believes in open and honest communication as the basis for maintaining strong relationships. Approachable, professional, and always knowledgeable and willing to assist, Jason excels at troubleshooting and streamlining processes to maximize productivity.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife watching football and movies, traveling to parts unknown, and adventure seeking with their dog. Jason enjoys riding motorcycles, boating, and is currently learning the fine art of blacksmithing and knife-making.

Saniya Regmi

Training & Development Associate

Saniya Regmi is a Training & Development Associate who joined Goodman Real Estate in 2022. She has over 9 years of experience working in Property Management, and she found her niche when she began mentoring managers and developing new hires.

In her role at GRE, Saniya develops content and delivers professional development programs to help her colleagues reach their highest potential. She is passionate about creating strong leaders that are empowered to make smart business decisions.

Saniya is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is enrolled as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). She is active within WMFHA (Washington Multi Family Housing Association) and the NAA Diversity Leadership Program. She was recognized as a Rookie of the Year Emerald Award winner in 2013 and was a finalist for Assistant Community Manager 150+ units in 2015.

Saniya loves being outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking. She is a talented cook and infuses creativity into the dishes she creates.

Aaron Castleton

Property Accountant

Aaron Castleton has 6+ years of multi-family and single-family property management experience. He was hired in 2021 as a Property Accountant for the multi-family team, where he ensures financial goals are being met and acts as a quality liaison between the accounting team and property managers.

Aaron brings a growth mindset to his work and is passionate about paying forward the mentorship he has received throughout his career. His superpower is his ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflicts.

Aaron has a Real Estate License and a BA from the University of Washington. He is an avid rock climber and hiker and can often be found working on his personal goal of photographing every hiking trail in Washington state.

Dulce Pestana

Accounting Associate

Dulce Pestana is an Accounting Associate who joined Goodman Real Estate in 2021 while completing a Business Operations professional development program through Year Up Puget Sound at South Seattle College. Prior to entering this program, Dulce worked for the YMCA of Greater Seattle for 7 years in their youth development department.

Dulce works with the Accounting team to process payments and support Community Managers. With her patient and caring nature, Dulce is a wonderful resource for GRE residents and uses her listening and problem-solving skills to solve challenges. She is hard working, committed to excellence, and eager to collaborate with her colleagues and lend a hand wherever she can.

When not working or studying, Dulce enjoys painting with friends, attending baseball games with her family, playing cards, and hiking.

Nate Randle

Accounting Associate

Nate Randle is an Accounting Associate who started working for Goodman Real Estate in 2021 focusing on accounting for multi-family properties. Nate was paired with GRE through the Year Up Puget Sound program that he is completing through South Seattle College. He is driven and hard-working and comes to work each day ready to make an impact and help his team achieve their goals.

Known for his “work hard/play hard” attitude, Nate has been rewarded with accolades for his leadership and professionalism. He has strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and an engaging, collaborative nature. Nate was drawn to GRE because he believes the company provides a rudimentary need for our community in the way that they cultivate communities and make sure everyone’s voice is heard. He is excited by the fact that he’s a part of such positive change.

In his off time, Nate enjoys cooking, running trails, and spending time with friends and family. His interests include the piano, cars, comedy, and anything related to science.
