Chezon Pacheco joined GRE Management in 2024 as an Investment Portfolio Manager, specializing in Multifamily. With a keen focus on elevating community success and performance, Chezon is committed to fostering effective communication, creative problem-solving, and the development of both communities and people in her teams. Her unwavering commitment to inspiring her teams and ensuring excellence across all spheres of her oversight is what sets her apart in the real estate industry.

Chezon’s academic background in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, coupled with her Washington Real Estate License, underscores her multifaceted skill set. Known among colleagues for her proficiency in organizing, creating efficient systems, and fostering an environment of growth and development, Chezon embodies the spirit of leadership that drives GRE-M forward.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Chezon is deeply committed to her local church, Eastridge, where she engages in community giving and volunteer work. Her passion for nurturing faith and community wellness mirrors her dedication to personal and organizational growth.

Dominic Aulisio

Accounting Associate

Dominic Aulisio joined GRE Management as an Accounting Associate in 2023. He specializes in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing and provides project support for the team.

Dominic holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio University. His background includes hospitality, internal and external customer service, membership sales, subsidy billing processing, and nonprofit administrative support.

Known for being a patient and attentive listener, Dominic is also proactive and adaptive in his learning. His colleagues appreciate his organized and detail-oriented approach to work, as well as his collaborative problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, practicing yoga, visiting museums, and indulging in his love for music and film. An avid reader, he’s also a fan of Major League Baseball and the National Basketball Association.

Ryan Perlov

Utility Billing & Accounting Associate

Ryan joined the GRE Management in 2023 and has since become instrumental in overseeing our utility billing process and providing invaluable accounts payable support to our accounting and operations teams.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, and he is currently furthering his education in data analytics, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and growth.

With years of experience spanning various administrative capacities in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, Ryan has honed his skills in accounting and data management. His colleagues describe him as detail-oriented, analytical, perceptive, and resourceful, traits that have enabled him to excel in his role at GRE.

When he’s not crunching numbers or exploring new places, Ryan can be found behind the lens, capturing the beauty of landscape photography and nature getaways in the Pacific Northwest.

Matthew Stibbs

Investment Portfolio Manager

Matthew Stibbs joined the GRE Management team in 2023 bringing more than a decade of industry experience.  Since joining the team, Matthew has demonstrated exceptional performance across a range of housing sectors, including garden style, high/mid-rise, lease-up, renovation, and subsidized housing.

Matthew’s approach to success is deeply rooted in the core values and vision set forth by GRE-M’s leadership. He seamlessly integrates these principles into the everyday culture of his onsite teams. His commitment to top-tier customer service and enhancing the resident experience is unwavering, firmly believing that when these elements are executed flawlessly, communities will flourish. A strong advocate for employee development, Matthew takes immense pride in mentoring his team members, fostering an environment where they can thrive and achieve unlimited growth within GRE Management.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Northern Iowa, where he also distinguished himself as a dedicated student-athlete with a passion for football. Further complementing his impressive professional portfolio are his CAM and CAPS certifications obtained from WMFHA. Matthew’s exemplary work has been recognized with Emerald Awards for Property Manager of the Year 300+ (2019), along with two Community of the Year accolades (2016/2017).

Outside of his professional life, Matthew places a high priority on family. In his free time, he enjoys coaching, volunteering, hiking, and sharing laughter-filled moments with his children. A man of diverse interests, he derives pleasure from exploring the culinary arts and playing his Gibson SG electric guitar.

Syraiyah Armendariz

Property Accountant

Syraiyah jumpstarted her career with GRE Management in April of 2023 as a Property Accountant, while also earning her Bachelor of Science in accounting at Grand Canyon University. In her role at GRE-M, she oversees all general ledger accounting activities, while also working closely with the Community Teams, Asset Services Department, and the Accounting Manager.

Syraiyah thrives on being a team player and enjoys collaborating with her colleagues. She is detail-oriented, process-driven, and consistently strives to do her job with enthusiasm and integrity.

In her free time, Syraiyah can be found spending quality time with her daughter and their family dog, painting, hiking, traveling, and going to the gym. Also, as a retired softball player, she enjoys going to the batting cages or catching a softball game at UW.

Carson Grisaffi

Property Accountant

Carson Grisaffi is a Property Accountant and his area of focus includes supporting GRE Management’s multifamily properties. His goal is to provide top-notch assistance to the individuals and properties with which he is working at any given time.

The draw to the real estate industry was ingrained in Carson at an early age by his mother, so he is particularly thankful to be bringing his accounting skills to work for GRE-M in 2022. Described by his colleagues as a positive personality invested in the success of others, Carson strives for efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.

Carson graduated from Idaho State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance. Hired out of college to perform accounting for a technology start-up, Carson wore many hats. His primary duties were in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement processes and systems.

When not at work, Carson enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outside, from golfing to snowboarding in the winter. He also enjoys watching football.

Howard Daniel II

Senior Property Accountant

Howard Daniel is a Senior Property Accountant at GRE Management where his focus is maintaining the financials for multifamily properties. Howard’s colleagues describe him as helpful, knowledgeable, and optimistic—always with a sense of humor. Howard aspires to leverage his keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and “never give up” mentality to expand his knowledge, opportunities, and responsibilities with GRE-M.

Howard worked in property management at Pike Place Market for 8 years and with Community Staffing Solutions in the same industry for 2 years before joining GRE-M in 2022. At Pike Place Market, he was tasked with managing the financials for buildings within his designated market, all while delivering stellar customer service.

Howard possesses his AAS in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Currently, he is earning his MBA from Western Govern University while simultaneously pursuing his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

When he’s not busy planning his next trip or adventure, you can find Howard enjoying activities that get him moving and outdoors in his free time: from going to the gym or bowling to golfing, basketball, and hiking.

Ashley Stathas

Property Accountant

Ashley Stathas is a Property Accountant at GRE Management where she prepares monthly financial statements and assists Community Managers and Portfolio Managers with accounting tasks of all types. Described by her colleagues as polite and helpful, Ashley is highly organized and dedicated to forging new connections. She is enthusiastic about expanding her accounting skills by learning new processes and applying her working knowledge toward GRE ingenuity.

Ashley worked at Blanton Turner as a property accountant for nearly 3 years before joining GRE-M. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent a decade working for the City of Seattle’s Parks and Recreation Department in the Pools and Beaches program. She joined GRE-M in 2022 in search of new experiences and opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of all aspects of property accounting.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Finance and double minors in Accounting and International Business from Western Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman

Accounting Associate

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman joined GRE Management in 2021 as the RRAD Administrator and was later promoted to Accounting Associate. Kelvin has focused on customer service and client satisfaction and has worked closely with community teams facilitating resident payment plans and providing support for various rental assistance programs. He takes great pride in his professionalism and strong communication skills and thoroughly enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie at GRE-M. 

Education and learning are important to Kelvin. He graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Landing his Year Up internship enabled Kelvin to attend South Seattle College tuition-free, where he also maintained a flawless 4.0 GPA.

In his free time, Kelvin is passionate about physical fitness—from playing soccer with his team to working out at the gym. He also enjoys cruising around in his car and spending time with his family.

Saniya Regmi

Training & Development Associate

Saniya Regmi joined GRE Management in 2022 as a Training & Development Associate. Saniya has over a decade of experience working in Property Management and found her niche in training and development when she began mentoring managers and nurturing new hires to reach their fullest potential.

 In her role, Saniya is responsible for creating content and implementing professional development programs aimed at fostering growth among our team members. She is passionate about creating strong leaders that are empowered to make smart business decisions.

Saniya is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and obtained status as a NAAEI Faculty Member after completing the Advanced Facilitator Training. Her active involvement in WMFHA (Washington Multi Family Housing Association) and the NAA Diversity Leadership Program testifies her commitment to the field. Her accomplishments include being recognized as the Rookie of the Year Emerald Award winner in 2013 and was a finalist for Assistant Community Manager 150+ units in 2015. Saniya was also selected as a 2024 WMFHA Emerging Leader, marking her as part of the inaugural cohort of the program.

 Outside of her professional life, Saniya is an avid outdoor enthusiast who relishes the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping, and kayaking. She brings her creativity to the kitchen, where she finds joy in preparing fresh and innovative dishes.

Rocky Jeet

Regional Portfolio Manager

Rocky Jeet has 18 years of experience in the Property Management industry. He began as a part-time leasing consultant in 2005 and found his full-time passion while working his way up to his current role as Regional Property Manager. He has managed properties ranging from 150 to 768 units and has worked with conventional and tax credit communities and everything in between.

In his current role, Rocky enables multifamily communities to thrive. He works daily to improve the lives of community residents, his team, and GRE-M as a whole through sound leadership, empowerment, and professional development opportunities. He creates a family-like culture among his team and is known for going above and beyond to get the job done.

Rocky has an Associate of Science degree from ITT Tech, an ARM designation from IREM, and his CAPS Certification through WMFHA. He was named as a finalist for the Multi-Family Housing Association’s 2019 Emerald Award for Community Manager of the Year (151-300 units). In his time off, Rocky enjoys taking his dogs to the beach, going for long drives, camping, and photography. Above all, he loves spending time with his husband and friends.

CJ Jeppesen

Regional Lease Up Manager

CJ joined GRE Management in 2012 as an Assistant Community Manager overseeing a renovation project. Over the past decade, CJ has honed her skills in various aspects of property management, including renovations, lease-ups, and new developments. She now specializes in achieving lease-up goals, managing new acquisitions and dispositions, and successfully stabilizing communities, while training the onsite team and providing them with the resources they need to thrive.

CJ is recognized as a high performer, receiving the Renovation of the Year award in 2013, the Community Manager of the Year award in 2018, and the Development of the Year award in 2020.

Professionally, CJ is known for her positive, solution-oriented approach. Her strengths include team motivation, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and fostering a positive, solution-minded work environment. She encourages teams to step outside their comfort zones, focusing on both personal and professional development. CJ attributes her success to the people she has worked with and feels honored to share her knowledge and experience with others.

Outside of work, CJ is passionate about environmental sustainability and actively participates in initiatives geared toward minimizing pollution and maintaining the cleanliness of our beaches and neighborhoods. She enjoys traveling to sunny destinations and spending quality time with her wife and family. A sports enthusiast, CJ can often be found at sports venues, cheering for her favorite WNBA, hockey, and soccer teams.

Brittany Richard

Investment Portfolio Manager

Brittany Richard has 18 years of experience in the property management industry. She started as a Leasing Specialist in 2004 and had the opportunity to learn from many industry leaders while mastering each new role along the way. She joined GRE Management in 2018 as a Community Manager and has continued her hard work ethic to obtain her current role as an Investment Portfolio Manager. Brittany uses hard work and creativity to help each community in her portfolio flourish.

Professionally, Brittany has built a reputation for her ability to get the job done while maintaining an enjoyable work environment. Among her strengths is her ability to stabilize assets by providing leadership and industry expertise. She is committed to mentoring and growing her team and takes extra care to help them reach their goals.

Brittany was a 2019 GRE Management Community Manager of the Year nominee and is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association. In her time off, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, checking out new culinary scenes, and traveling with her husband and two teenage children.

Drew Arnold-Barger

Investment Portfolio Manager

Drew Barger began working in the multi-family property management industry in 2011 as a Leasing Specialist and spent the next decade growing his skill set in various roles of increasing responsibility before joining GRE Management as an Area Regional Manager in 2021. Drew’s skillset was quickly noticed and he was promoted to Investment Portfolio Manager in 2023. In his current role, Drew oversees a portfolio of assets where he leads his teams to achieve success.

Often referred to as “MacGyver” by his team because of his ability to fix problems in innovative ways, Drew’s strengths lie in building team morale, communicating, and implementing process improvements. He is a two-time Emerald Award nominee for Property Manager of the Year for 150+ units.

In his spare time, Drew bakes decorative cakes for friends’ and family’s special occasions—be it weddings or birthday parties. He challenges himself to improve his skills and create professional-level designs. He also enjoys movies, the performing arts, the outdoors, and spending time with his friends and family.

Aaron Castleton

Systems Support Associate

Aaron Castleton has 6+ years of multi-family and single-family property management experience. He was hired in 2021 as a Property Accountant for the multi-family team, where he ensures financial goals are being met and acts as a quality liaison between the accounting team and property managers.

Aaron brings a growth mindset to his work and is passionate about paying forward the mentorship he has received throughout his career. His superpower is his ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflicts.

Aaron has a Real Estate License and a BA from the University of Washington. He is an avid rock climber and hiker and can often be found working on his personal goal of photographing every hiking trail in Washington state.
