Downtown Redmond Station will open in 2024, and Goodman Real Estate has a walkable site safely in pocket. The land deal came over two years ago, and Grouparchitect is now dialing in the design for a five-story, 134-unit apartment project at 16101 N.E. 87th St. The next design review, in a virtual meeting, will be on Thursday for what’s currently dubbed Redmond 87.
