Brad Carpenter
General Superintendent
Brad has over 35 years of experience as a General Superintendent working across a wide variety of construction projects with budgets ranging from $1.2M to $98M. He has built commercial buildings and structures, multi-family communities, assisted care facilities, retail stores, parking structures, and completed major earthwork projects.
As a General Superintendent at GRE, he focuses on pre-construction and new construction projects. Brad first worked with GRE as a partner, when he built the 102-unit condominium community “Regatta.” The team was so impressed with his work they invited him to join GRE. He is talented at pre-construction coordination and managing project schedules, and is a great problem solver and builder. One of the things Brad appreciates about GRE is the inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect, and how everyone works together to produce a product that everyone will be proud of. He thrives while developing new projects and welcomes the opportunity to work with such a great team.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys shooting sports, archery, and fishing (specifically fly fishing and tuna fishing).
