Portfolio Manager



Marcie Bartlett
Investment Portfolio Manager
Marcie Bartlett had 16 years of property management experience when she joined Goodman Real Estate in 2020. As an Investment Portfolio Manager for GRE, she focuses on multi-family and renovation properties and aims to raise the bar even higher on already well-established communities. She is passionate about fostering teamwork, communication, and collaboration within her teams.
Marcie holds Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is Crime-Free Housing certified and is a Washington State Licensed Broker and Notary Public. She serves on the IREM executive council as the VP of Communications and Head-Chair of the IREM Young Professionals committee. Due of her dedication, creativity, and integrity, Marcie was recognized through her local IREM chapter as the Volunteer of the Year in 2019.
Outside of work, Marcie and her family enjoy being outdoors and can often be found boating and/or camping with their blue heeler puppy.


Evan Brown
Investment Portfolio Manager
Evan Brown began his career in property management in 2005 as an on-site manager with Windermere Property Management. He gained valuable experience and knowledge in various roles and companies, creating impacts with his talent for stabilizing occupancy, rent collection, expense control, and customer service. He joined Goodman Real Estate in 2019 with a focus on multi-family housing, assisting in communicating the needs of both ownership and on-site team members, creating programs that lead to financial success, and developing residential retention programs that foster a sense of community.
Evan believes in empowering his team members through knowledge, structure, and motivation. He thrives in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and integrity are at the core of his daily work. He fosters enthusiasm and accountability with his teams, and at the end of the day, his ultimate goal is to enable others to have fun and find satisfaction in their work. He is highly analytical and enjoys finding discrepancies in patterns and trends. His colleagues describe him as generous of his time, understanding, hardworking, and positive.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest in Poulsbo, WA, Evan attended the University of Washington and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He volunteers for Royal Hounds and Greyhound Pets, Inc where he fosters and helps re-home racing greyhounds. He also volunteers with his church and the prison ministry at the Monroe prison.
During his time off, you can usually find Evan reading or studying books on leadership and personal growth. He enjoys seeing live music and shows, volunteering for causes that benefit animals, hosting dinners, and soaking up every little bit of sun he can in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.


Rita Burden
Director of Property Management
Rita began working at GRE in 2001 in an administrative position and excelled in many roles on her way to becoming an Asset Manager in 2007. The success of her path has led her to be very passionate about growing her team from within, and she takes pride in empowering members of her team to develop to the next level. As the Director of Property Management, Rita leads the management and operations of the communities, financial management of each property, and direction of site personnel. She ensures that each property is maintained to GRE’s high standards with stabilized fiscal operations and content, motivated staff.
Known for her efficiency, Rita is a leader who has a knack for helping managers create solutions to any problem through collaboration. She is especially talented with tenant relocation and tax credits (LIHTC and HTC). She has a degree in International Business from Washington State University. Rita is active with her children’s school and loves volunteering when she can. Rita and her family love traveling and watching football. They are die-hard WSU Cougs and Seahawks fans.


Vadim Burlak
Regional Maintenance Lead
Vadim Burlak worked for Pinnacle Properties for 14 years before transitioning over to Goodman Real Estate in 2019. His early career focused on property renovations and evolved to include operations as a Maintenance Supervisor. He has extensive experience identifying renovation scope, overseeing staff and on-site maintenance teams, overseeing portfolio-wide capital projects, and leading recruitment and training for maintenance teams.
In his role at GRE, Vadim focuses on multi-family renovations, maintenance support, and planning and implementing capital and portfolio-wide projects. Vadim has a talent for finding fast and efficient solutions and providing structure when faced with complicated situations. He genuinely loves what he does and enjoys being a part of a strong team that pulls together to overcome challenges. Vadim values honesty, collaboration, and communication and promotes these values within his team by being transparent in every project.
Vadim has a degree in bible theology and serves in a Lakewood Grace Baptist Church as a Deacon, where he volunteers his time to work with youth and promotes missionary work. Born in Balti in Moldova, Vadim is a native Russian speaker and has perfected fluency in English as well. He volunteers as a translator and interpreter in various capacities and enjoys helping people understand each other.
Outside of work, Vadim spends as much time as possible with his family. He enjoys biking, playing volleyball, camping, and working on home improvement projects. His favorite hobby is playing the guitar.


Aaron Castleton
Property Accountant
Aaron Castleton has 6+ years of multi-family and single-family property management experience. He was hired in 2021 as a Property Accountant for the multi-family team, where he ensures financial goals are being met and acts as a quality liaison between the accounting team and property managers.
Aaron brings a growth mindset to his work and is passionate about paying forward the mentorship he has received throughout his career. His superpower is his ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflicts.
Aaron has a Real Estate License and a BA from the University of Washington. He is an avid rock climber and hiker and can often be found working on his personal goal of photographing every hiking trail in Washington state.


Jessica Christenson
Investment Portfolio Manager
Jessica Christenson came to Goodman Real Estate in 2020 with over 11 years of experience in Property Management spanning mixed-use, high-rise, and garden-style communities. She has a strong background in construction and vast knowledge of renovation best practices.
Jessica is goal-oriented and passionate about having a positive impact on others through the work that she does. She is a supportive leader and prioritizes enabling each of her team members to achieve their goals. She believes that by investing in her team, the overall business and properties will thrive.
Born and raised in Washington state, Jessica attended Green River Community College and obtained an AA in business management. She has been active with the NAA and the Washington Women’s Business Center.
In her free time, Jessica volunteers at her children’s schools and helps out at her local food bank and pet shelter. She enjoys camping with her family in their RV and spending time at their property in Concrete, WA. Jessica is currently getting scuba certified and is excited to explore the underwater world.


Morgan Cole
Marketing Associate
Morgan Cole joined the real estate industry by way of the financial services sector where she spearheaded marketing and publicity campaigns for various companies and groups. In her role as Marketing Associate at Goodman Real Estate, she supports brand marketing and employee development for the multi-family and commercial teams. She works hard every day to build and maintain positive brand awareness of the GRE Properties and partners closely with site employees to provide support and knowledge.
Morgan excels in her ability to forge partnerships and collaborate with others to make companies a great place for employees to work and learn, and to ensure a phenomenal customer experience. Her work is driven by her desire to create a positive impact and position GRE as a leading brand in the marketplace.
A Washington native, Morgan is a proud graduate of Washington State University (Go Cougs!), where she received her BA in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She is an active member of the Association for Women in Communication and has served on the board for the Tukwila Weekend SnackPack program, which provides weekend meals to homeless students.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her friends and family exploring the Pacific Northwest: snowboarding in the winter and hiking, boating, or playing at the lake in the summer. With her zest for life and learning, Morgan loves trying new things and is excited to travel the world to learn about life and culture outside of our beautiful little corner of the world.


Jennifer Cox
Investment Portfolio Manager
Jennifer joined GRE in 2010 from their affiliate, Pinnacle, where she worked for 6 years managing commercial and multi-family properties. Jennifer is known for her dedication to her work and the ability to reach her professional goals. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Seattle University with a minor in Economics, Jennifer worked at Nordstrom for two years developing her excellent customer service skills. Missing the formality of business, she found her way to Pinnacle and the world of property management.
Jennifer is tenacious. She has a passion for problem-solving, and if faced with a challenge will continue to search for the answer until it is resolved. One of the things she enjoys about working at GRE is the opportunity to take on new projects. She is motivated by being assigned new assets and finding ways to improve their performance.
Jennifer is passionate about her family and finding fun things to do on the weekends. She combines that passion with her love of Seattle and so can often be found exploring parks, the zoo, camping spots, or just walking around the city and enjoying the views.


Jason Daniel
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Jason Daniel is the Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Goodman Real Estate, where he works with site teams on maintenance-related tasks including project management, compliance, and training. Jason’s professional goal is to ensure GRE site staff are the best in the business, maintaining high quality standards and adding value to our assets.
With extensive maintenance experience in the industry over the past 20 years, Jason holds an EPA Type II HVAC certification in addition to having completed extension training programs with previous companies and held a CPO. He is a strong advocate for mentorship and believes in open and honest communication as the basis for maintaining strong relationships. Approachable, professional, and always knowledgeable and willing to assist, Jason excels at troubleshooting and streamlining processes to maximize productivity.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife watching football and movies, traveling to parts unknown, and adventure seeking with their dog. Jason enjoys riding motorcycles, boating, and is currently learning the fine art of blacksmithing and knife-making.


Becky Helsley
Property Accountant
Thatsanee Becky Helsley joined Goodman Real Estate in 2022 as a Property Accountant. She brings robust real estate experience with her to this role, having worked as a Real Estate Agent and Broker for 5 years for firms REMAX Real Estate, Skyline Properties, and Coldwell Banker Bain. As GRE’s Property Accountant, Becky prepares monthly financial reports and schedules.
Becky is an innate problem solver and enjoys finding new solutions to old problems. She used to work as a paralegal, which trained her to become highly organized and detail oriented. Becky has a BA in Liberal Arts from Chiang Mai University in Thailand, and she is currently completing a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington. When not working or studying, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and taking pictures.

Roxane Loera
Investment Portfolio Manager
Roxane Loera began her career in the Property Management field as a leasing agent for a Pinnacle property while she was still attending college in Tacoma, WA. Over the course of her 14 years in the industry, she has completed many renovations, stabilized buildings, and assisted in the sale of assets for Goodman Real Estate. She is currently an Investment Portfolio Manager for GRE in focusing on collaborating with the on-site multi-family teams to solve issues and ensure property success.
Roxane believes in the power of education and aims to be continually learning something new. She keeps her teams informed of trends within the housing market and prioritizes staff development initiatives to enable promotions from within. Known for her ability to remain calm during tense situations, Roxane has a knack for design, marketing, and finding solutions to almost any issue. She never steps down from a challenge because she isn’t afraid to fail. She learns from her mistakes and adapts well to change.
Roxane values community involvement and believes that giving back feeds the soul. She currently volunteers at her daughter’s school, where she was served on the PTA for 7 years. She started a neighborhood food pantry in 2016 and ensures the pantry is always well-stocked. Roxane and her 3 daughters also volunteer through their church with various programs to help provide food and necessities to families in need.
Outside of work, Roxane loves time spent with her daughters taking their crazy (but cute) Goldendoodle for neighborhood walks. They love to travel and explore as a family. Roxane loves cheering her kids on during their extracurricular activities and coaches her daughter’s volleyball team.


Kelvin Lopez-Guzman
Accounting Specialist
Kelvin Lopez-Guzman is a Year Up Intern working as an Accounting Specialist at Goodman Real Estate. With a focus on client satisfaction, he takes great pride in his professionalism and strong communication skills and thoroughly enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie at GRE.
Education and learning are important to Kelvin. He graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Landing his Year Up internship enabled Kelvin to attend South Seattle College tuition-free, where he also maintained a flawless 4.0 GPA.
In his free time, Kelvin is passionate about physical fitness—from playing soccer with his team to working out at the gym. He also enjoys cruising around in his car and spending time with family.


Jason Loughridge
Training & Development Specialist
With more than 20 years of experience working in the industry, Jason Loughridge knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. He found his passion in training and development in 2003 and uses his knowledge and experience to develop the next generation of super stars. In his role as Training & Development Specialist at Goodman Real Estate, he leads the training for the front-line associates on the multi-family team.
People are Jason’s number one priority, and he was drawn to working at GRE because of the commitment they have to develop their people. He thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment where all ideas and views are welcomed. Jason is talented at transferring knowledge and prides himself on his ability to adapt to different learning styles, often using humor during his training sessions to create an informal climate where people are open to learning.
Jason originally hails from Missouri and received his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University just outside of Dallas, TX. He also holds an Advanced Instructor Certificate from the National Apartment Association and is a former board member of and frequent presenter for the Washington Multi-Family Association.
Outside of work, Jason plays a lot of tennis and loves exploring new hiking trails and camp spots in the summer. He also enjoys reading (mainly crime fiction) and listening to podcasts.

Lindsey Nishimoto
Property Management Associate
Lindsey Nishimoto began her career with Goodman Real Estate in 2014. During her tenure with the company, she has worked at most of the commercial properties in the GRE portfolio. One of the things Lindsey finds the most rewarding about her job is the opportunity to experience new roles in different places within her area of expertise. She is outgoing and has a knack for customer service, but what sets her apart is her ability to focus on the details. Lindsey provides administrative support to the Property Management team and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Lindsey grew up just outside Seattle in Auburn, WA, where she still resides with her daughter. Lindsey and her daughter are both foodies and love trying out new restaurants with family and friends.


Jennifer Pajonk
Senior Accountant
Jennifer Pajonk has a deep understanding of multi-family and renovations accounting, with 5 years of experience in property management accounting already in place when she joined Goodman Real Estate in 2019. She joined the Accounting team excited by the opportunity to learn more about the ownership side of the multi-family sector and gain a new perspective on the industry.
As a Senior Accountant, Jennifer is excited to build relationships across teams and create a cohesive, collaborative work environment. Jennifer holds true to GRE’s core values and believes that working with integrity and empathy towards her peers is the foundation to success. Known for her outgoing personality and friendly demeanor, Jennifer also values her timeliness and organizational skills. Her attention to detail improves accuracy in accounting, and her work is driven by her desire to improve efficiencies in systems and procedures.
Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Jennifer received her B.A. from the University of Florida. She moved to Seattle in 2012 and enjoys walking around the city and checking out new and favorite restaurants. She believes that summers are for rooftop BBQs and fall is for football (GO GATORS!). She also loves to travel, with Japan and SE Asia among her favorite destinations.


Dulce Pestana
Accounting Associate
Dulce Pestana is an Accounting Associate who joined Goodman Real Estate in 2021 while completing a Business Operations professional development program through Year Up Puget Sound at South Seattle College. Prior to entering this program, Dulce worked for the YMCA of Greater Seattle for 7 years in their youth development department.
Dulce works with the Accounting team to process payments and support Community Managers. With her patient and caring nature, Dulce is a wonderful resource for GRE residents and uses her listening and problem-solving skills to solve challenges. She is hard working, committed to excellence, and eager to collaborate with her colleagues and lend a hand wherever she can.
When not working or studying, Dulce enjoys painting with friends, attending baseball games with her family, playing cards, and hiking.


Brandy Ramsey
Investment Portfolio Manager
Brandy Ramsey has 21+ years of multifaceted property management experience—including 5 years at GRE—spanning new development, lease-ups, construction management, stabilizations, condo conversions, and renovations. She became an Investment Portfolio Manager for Goodman Real Estate in 2021.
Brandy is a supportive and hard-working colleague with a talent for working through challenging situations. She attended Seattle University, holds a Real Estate Broker’s license, and is part of the WMFHA and NAA.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her three children and their 91-pound German shepherd. She loves to go for long walks and travel, and she finds opportunities to explore new places as often as she can.


Nate Randle
Accounting Associate
Nate Randle is an Accounting Associate who started working for Goodman Real Estate in 2021 focusing on accounting for multi-family properties. Nate was paired with GRE through the Year Up Puget Sound program that he is completing through South Seattle College. He is driven and hard-working and comes to work each day ready to make an impact and help his team achieve their goals.
Known for his “work hard/play hard” attitude, Nate has been rewarded with accolades for his leadership and professionalism. He has strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and an engaging, collaborative nature. Nate was drawn to GRE because he believes the company provides a rudimentary need for our community in the way that they cultivate communities and make sure everyone’s voice is heard. He is excited by the fact that he’s a part of such positive change.
In his off time, Nate enjoys cooking, running trails, and spending time with friends and family. His interests include the piano, cars, comedy, and anything related to science.

Saniya Regmi
Training & Development Associate
Saniya Regmi is a Training & Development Associate who joined Goodman Real Estate in 2022. She has over 9 years of experience working in Property Management, and she found her niche when she began mentoring managers and developing new hires.
In her role at GRE, Saniya develops content and delivers professional development programs to help her colleagues reach their highest potential. She is passionate about creating strong leaders that are empowered to make smart business decisions.
Saniya is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is enrolled as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). She is active within WMFHA (Washington Multi Family Housing Association) and the NAA Diversity Leadership Program. She was recognized as a Rookie of the Year Emerald Award winner in 2013 and was a finalist for Assistant Community Manager 150+ units in 2015.
Saniya loves being outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking. She is a talented cook and infuses creativity into the dishes she creates.
