Her passion for resident engagement led her to plan and execute monthly events, offering her a unique perspective and deepening her empathy for the community. After a brief hiatus in early 2020, she returned to GRE-M as an Assistant Manager at Arbor Pointe, a role she has embraced with enthusiasm and dedication.

Mai holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Marikina in the Philippines, graduating in 2012 before moving to the United States. Her academic background complements her professional strengths, including her ability to solve complex problems with precision and her adaptability to new challenges. Known for her reliability and team spirit, Mai is highly regarded by her colleagues for her detail-oriented approach and exceptional customer service skills.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Mai is deeply committed to volunteering with organizations such as Northwest Harvest and the Puyallup Food Bank. Alma Husnic serves as a Centralized Process Associate at GRE Management. With over a decade of experience in the multi-family housing sector, Alma has been actively involved in projects ranging from interior and exterior renovations to brand-new lease-ups. Her tenure in property management has honed her skills in leasing, earning her numerous awards and accolades.

Alma is renowned for her positive “can-do” attitude and resilience in overcoming challenges, whether in life or work. Her exceptional leasing abilities are complemented by her passion for helping individuals find their perfect homes. Alma’s colleagues often describe her as a hard worker with a vibrant “blood orange” personality, embodying energy and enthusiasm.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alma is dedicated to volunteering as a head coach for the U8 Boys Division – Panthers at the Federal Way Soccer Association. Her love for soccer, rooted in her six years of playing elite soccer, has translated into a passion for mentoring young athletes, including her son.

In her personal time, Alma cherishes experiences with her son, Alijah, engaging in activities like movie nights and soccer scrimmages. As the first generation of her family born in America after her parents immigrated from Bosnia, Alma values creating new experiences and exploring the world with her son, ensuring they both embrace life’s opportunities together.

Wilena Lee

Wilena Lee joined GRE Management in 2021 and worked her way up to a Centralized Processing Associate with a focus on multi-family housing. In her daily responsibilities, Wilena implements procedures to efficiently manage delinquencies, enforce lease agreements, and maximize revenue. She conducts resident file and account audits, oversees the collection of overdue payments, assists with eviction processes, and manages the pre-close financial processes for various communities. Additionally, she is responsible for distributing resident correspondence and notices, while consistently striving to improve GRE-M rent strategy programs.

Known for her exceptional leadership skills and her ability to meet deadlines, Wilena is both a focused and outspoken member of the GRE team. Her colleagues appreciate her teachability and commitment to best practices, which align with her overall goal of achieving excellence in her role.

Outside of her professional life, Wilena is passionate about giving back to the community. She actively volunteers by feeding the homeless and participating in activities at her parents’ church. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, hiking, watching movies, and traveling.

Savannah Magno

Savannah Magno joined GRE Management in August 2021 as a Leasing Professional focused on multi-family communities. In her current role, Savannah ensures the accuracy of accounts, processes deposit accountings, and effectively manages delinquency. Known for her problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor, she excels at making people feel heard and appreciated. Her perfectionist nature drives her to ensure every task is done meticulously and correctly.

Savannah is a passionate advocate for animal rights and actively supports her local animal shelter by donating food and toys during the holidays.

In her personal time, Savannah enjoys the company of her husband and two beloved dogs. She loves visiting dog parks, spending quality time at Topgolf with friends, and indulging in shopping trips to Target. Leah West

Leah West joined GRE Management in March 2022. As a Centralized Processing Associate, she focuses on delinquency, asset recovery, and compliance, handling tasks such as collections calls, file audits, deposit accounting, and collaborating with legal teams on eviction accounts. Known for her clear and courageous communication, Leah excels at addressing challenging topics with empathy, showcasing her tenacity and effectiveness in asset recovery. Her colleagues describe her as a no-nonsense individual with a vibrant personality, skilled at guiding difficult conversations towards mutually beneficial solutions.

Outside of her professional role, Leah is deeply involved in her church community at Abundant Life Community Worship Center. She sings on the worship team and mentors young adult women and teen girls, promoting a supportive environment for women to embrace their femininity.

In her personal life, Leah enjoys the company of her two beloved Dachshund mixes, Biggie and Jenasys. She delights in hosting dinner parties, crafting spoken word poetry, and enhancing the beauty of her home, with her closet room being a notable highlight for visitors.

Kirstie Hall

Kirstie Hall serves as a Centralized Processing Associate at GRE Management, having joined the team in 2018. Her primary focus is on managing delinquency accounts, where she diligently handles tasks such as communication through calls, texts, emails, door visits, and notices. Additionally, Kirstie is responsible for submitting accounts to legal, filing insurance claims, conducting deposit accounting, and auditing move-in files.

Kirstie is renowned for her preference for a clean and structured environment, yet she thrives in chaotic situations, adeptly solving problems as they arise. Her exceptional communication skills enable her to listen without judgment and offer solutions, making her a safe and approachable presence for colleagues. Kirstie is passionate about The Tears Foundation, a foundation that supports families who have lost an infant. Amethyst Clark joined GRE Management in May 2019 supporting multi-family apartment communities. As a Centralized Processing Manager, her daily responsibilities include addressing delinquency issues, ensuring effective communication with onsite teams, and developing systems to streamline processes and systems. Amethyst’s primary goal is to work collaboratively with her colleagues to surpass current standards in debt collection, thereby improving financial recovery.

Amethyst has a strong background in studying and teaching AutoCAD and manual drafting to high school students, and she is eager to further explore her interests in project management and blueprint work. Recognized for her numerical skills and legal insight, she is exceptionally organized and consistently finds ways to simplify complex tasks. Her colleagues commend her for maintaining a positive outlook and always finding the bright side in any situation.

Amethyst is passionate about both mental and physical health and participates in women’s self-defense training. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys updating her home, spending time with family, and watching episodes of “The Bachelorette.”
