Ken James

Project Manager

Construction has been a life-long passion for Ken. Growing up, Ken could often be found helping his dad on jobsites, and would spend his summers working as a laborer. Today, he has over 15 years of professional experience in the industry, and he brings a wide breadth of skills and knowledge to his position at Goodman Real Estate.

Ken has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from aerospace and light manufacturing, to retail spaces and historic renovations. In 2022 he joined the GRE team, and now focuses primarily on multi-family developments. He believes that a successful project manager can not only ensure that a project is prosperous financially, but also does not compromise on safety and efficiency.

Ken is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Construction Management, and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate. In his free time, Ken enjoys long distance running, working on home projects, playing with his energetic red nose pit bull, and going on sailing adventures with his wife.
