Roxane Loera
Investment Portfolio Manager
Roxane Loera began her career in the Property Management field as a leasing agent for a Pinnacle property while she was still attending college in Tacoma, WA. Over the course of her 14 years in the industry, she has completed many renovations, stabilized buildings, and assisted in the sale of assets for GRE Management. She is currently an Investment Portfolio Manager for GRE-M focusing on collaborating with the on-site multi-family teams to solve issues and ensure property success.
Roxane believes in the power of education and aims to be continually learning something new. She keeps her teams informed of trends within the housing market and prioritizes staff development initiatives to enable promotions from within. Known for her ability to remain calm during tense situations, Roxane has a knack for design, marketing, and finding solutions to almost any issue. She never steps down from a challenge because she isn’t afraid to fail. She learns from her mistakes and adapts well to change.
Roxane values community involvement and believes that giving back feeds the soul. She currently volunteers at her daughter’s school, where she was served on the PTA for 7 years. She started a neighborhood food pantry in 2016 and ensures the pantry is always well-stocked. Roxane and her 3 daughters also volunteer through their church with various programs to help provide food and necessities to families in need.
Outside of work, Roxane loves time spent with her daughters taking their crazy (but cute) Goldendoodle for neighborhood walks. They love to travel and explore as a family. Roxane loves cheering her kids on during their extracurricular activities and coaches her daughter’s volleyball team.
