Audrey Riddle
IMPACT | Housing Director
Audrey Riddle joined Goodman Real Estate (GRE) in 2018 as the IMPACT Program Ambassador, bringing a wealth of service experience to her role. With years of dedication to philanthropy and community engagement, Audrey has been integral in developing the IMPACT program to achieve GRE’s goals of making a tangible difference in the communities they serve.
In her current position as Housing Director, Audrey actively engages with several prominent organizations that provide housing to the vulnerable, including Housing Connector, Bellwether Housing, Plymouth Housing, and the Low-Income Housing Institute. Audrey is a passionate advocate for housing issues at local, state, and federal levels, demonstrating her commitment to creating meaningful change. Audrey’s advocacy work extends to industry associations such as the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association and the Rental Housing Association of Washington, and Up For Growth. Additionally, she serves on the Tacoma Housing Authority Landlord Advisory Board, contributing her expertise to broader housing initiatives.
Before joining GRE, Audrey worked as a Program Manager for Catholic Housing Services, managing an apartment community for low-income working families and families of homelessness.
Audrey holds a BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, with minors in Leadership Studies, Reconciliation Studies, and Women’s Studies.
In her free time, Audrey enjoys running, hiking, paddle boarding, and participating in a kickball team, maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
