Deanna Ayala

Risk & Safety Compliance Lead

Deanna Ayala joins Goodman Real Estate as the Risk Safety & Compliance Lead. Her primary focus is to support the GRE team and community in all elements of Risk Management and Safety compliance functions.

Deanna is a highly motivated and driven individual who thrives on streamlining processes and creating efficiencies to support team success. Her ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team and community.

Deanna is a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and is pursuing her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation through National Alliance, showcasing her passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, she can be found on the field running drills with her daughter, who plays softball, spending time with family and traveling.

Roger Mecham

Investment Analyst

Roger Mecham joined Goodman Real Estate as an Investment Analyst. His wealth of knowledge and experience make him a valuable contributor to the team. In his role, Roger will identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities for acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance from the University of Oregon. He also has an MBA with a specialty in Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate from Vanderbilt University.

In his free time, Roger enjoys going to the movies, playing pick-up basketball with friends, and exploring the stand-up comedy scene around the city.

Haley Beebe

Corporate Services Executive

Haley Joined GRE in April of 2023 as the Corporate Services Executive. Her primary focus is to provide integrated and executed support to the GRE Leadership Team.

Haley graduated from the University of Washington with a focus in Social Science Communication, and a minor in Business. She is highly organized and prides herself on being proactive and innovative. Haley is a diligent worker, and she looks forward to growing her skill set and career goals at Goodman Real Estate.

You can often find Haley volunteering to help the homeless through organizations such as the Westside Interfaith Network and Human Care Ministry. In her free time, Haley enjoys going on adventures with her friends and family, attending sporting events, skiing, and traveling.

Keith Hubrath

Development Associate

Keith joined the Development team at Goodman Real Estate in March of 2023. His primary focus is on multifamily construction projects, where his work will help to create thriving communities.

With a background in hospitality and real estate management, Keith brings many skillsets to his position. He is known for being detail-oriented and solution-driven. He has an undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University, and he completed a certificate program from UW in Commercial Real Estate. Keith is also an Accredited Property Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently sits on the Young Leaders Group board for the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Keith believes in giving back to the community and enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and the Austin Animal Shelter in Texas when visiting his family. Keith spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities such as cycling, snowboarding, hiking, and kayaking. He also enjoys playing music and doing DIY renovations on his 100-year-old home.

Jessica Daughenbaugh

Human Resources Generalist

Jessica Daughenbaugh is a Human Resources Generalist at Goodman Real Estate with over 20 years of business administration experience. Her primary focus is providing exceptional communication and support to foster positive work relationships in conjunction with GRE’s third-party HR service provider. With her deep industry knowledge, diverse skillset, and strong work ethic, Jessica’s colleagues commend her for her commitment to meeting goals.

Jessica’s interest in the real estate industry stems back to her high school’s corporate internship program in Portland. This experience served as a springboard into various positions in corporate-level property management. A proud graduate of the University of Oregon, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Porter. A PNW native, she values all the outdoor adventures the mountains and ocean have to offer, including hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking—and photographing it all.

Fred Eastman

Chief Financial Officer

Fred Eastman is the Chief Financial Officer at Goodman Real Estate where he oversees all finance and accounting functions across the organization. Fred’s primary focus is ensuring the finance and accounting team is well-trained, focused on collaboration within GRE, and delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.

Fred comes to GRE after having started with us back in 2009 before a career pivot over to Pinnacle in 2011. Starting out his career in public accounting as an auditor at Ernst and Young, Fred has spent his entire career in real estate accounting and possesses a wealth of experience with executing unique business transactions while managing monthly and yearly financial reporting. With professional strengths in the areas of managing robust teams and establishing connections with people, Fred is passionate about building team consensus and a shared purpose to foster a collaborative working environment. He thrives on strategic planning and focusing on efficient execution of tasks.

Fred graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration and holds his CPA licensure. When not at work, Fred enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his two boys in baseball, football, and golf. He is an avid Seahawks fan who enjoys attending home games as much as traveling to away games. Fred enjoys travel—especially to Mexico—and loves playing golf.

Cole Calabro

Asset Manager

Cole Calabro joined Goodman Real Estate as an Investment Portfolio Manager, and was quickly promoted to the Asset Services team. Cole draws on his breadth of experience to lead and make data-driven decisions in overseeing a portfolio of assets across the United States. Cole’s professional strengths include financial analysis, data interpretation, and business plan creation and execution. He is a firm believer in the importance and power of teamwork in driving optimized results.

Cole began working full-time with GRE in 2022 but credits his internship with GRE in 2015 as paving the path for his future in multifamily real estate. During the interim, Cole has had the good fortune of working with some of the brightest minds in the multifamily real estate industry. Since relocating back to Seattle, his professional focus has been in asset management for diverse portfolios.

Cole earned his Business Administration degree from Washington State University. He is a member of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has participated in the Young Leaders Group Partnership Forum in both Arizona and Washington.

Outside of work, Cole spends most of his time relaxing with his wife, Barrett, and their Fox Red Lab named Rio. He also enjoys outdoor activities including boating, golfing, and running.

Evan Lawler

Director of Development

Evan Lawler brings a successful track record of developing multi-family properties and more than 16 years of development and construction experience to his role as Director of Development at Goodman Real Estate. In his work overseeing the development of multi-family communities, he grows investments in targeted markets throughout the western US and scales processes while improving efficiencies and reducing risk.

A critical and strategic thinker, Evan is a strong leader and expert problem solver. He takes ownership of each aspect of his work and encourages that same level of buy-in from his team. He enjoys having his hand in each step of the development life cycle—as each step provides its own challenges and rewards, no day at work is ever the same.

Evan completed a BSBA in Real Estate & Construction Management at the University of Denver and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington, a program that he is now involved with as a Project Advisor. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife, son, and dog. They spend as much time as they can outside snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, running, fly fishing, and camping.

Queenie Tsang

Portfolio Accountant

Queenie Tsang has a robust background in commercial and residential real estate accounting, having worked for many well-known companies in the industry, including Trammell Crow, Schnitzer West, and Hines. She joined Goodman Real Estate in 2021 as a Portfolio Accountant.

Even though her day-to-day work is heavily numbers focused, Queenie believes that communication, teamwork, and the ability to think outside the box are integral to her success. Her colleagues enjoy working with her because she is a team player, reliable, and fun to be around.

Queenie grew up in Hong Kong and attended Eastern Washington University, where she received a BA in Accounting and Finance. She is an animal lover and a supporter of many non-profit organizations. In her spare time, she loves to hike, play with her dogs, and learn new things.

Alex Occhi

Asset Services Analyst

Alex Occhi joined Goodman Real Estate in early 2021. As an Asset Services Analyst, Alex supports the asset services team and ensures efficient operations across the multi-family properties. He has a strong data analytics and economics skill set, which he uses to analyze data and communicate trends and performance metrics.

Alex thrives in a collaborative team environment where he knows his ideas are heard, and others will share their ideas in turn. He enjoys building connections with his colleagues and has earned a reputation for being loyal, trustworthy, and reliable—traits he values and incorporates into his day-to-day work.

Alex hails from Colorado Springs, CO, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from CU Boulder. An accomplished bicyclist, he once completed a 100-mile bicycle ride around Colorado. Other than biking, he enjoys camping, hiking, and skiing.

Salome Molia

Receptionist

Salome Molia joined Goodman Real Estate as a Property Management Associate in early 2020 as part of the Year Up Puget Sound Program, and when that program ended, she was hired as a full-time employee. Her passion and aptitude towards real estate made her the perfect candidate for GRE.

Salome’s ability to incorporate GRE’s core values through her day-to-day activities makes her a perfect fit with the team. Naturally optimistic, she seeks to spread an uplifting atmosphere wherever she goes. She exudes patience and determination and has earned a reputation for being trustworthy and creative. Salome has a lot of grit and creativity and uses these skills to make the best of every opportunity she is faced with.

When not working, Salome spends her time with her family and friends. She’s a talented artist and loves drawing, painting, and going to museums.

Sara Shore

Operations Lead

Sara Shore has worked in the Real Estate industry for 8 years and brings a wealth of experience that contributes to growth and scalability. Drawn to the culture of collaboration, she joined Goodman Real Estate in 2019 as the Operations Lead. Her main focus is on operations and risk management for the multi-family side of the business.

Sara has a strong foundation in creating partnerships with Leadership, Regional Managers, and colleagues in support of growth and strategic initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been heavily involved with various aspects of Accounting, HR, Safety, and Operations, and she works hard to create an environment where employees feel supported. Sara enjoys understanding processes from various angles and identifying ways to improve them. She has an innate ability to make things better than how she found them and takes a thoughtful approach to change management.

Known for being reliable and helpful, Sara treats everyone she meets with respect. She incorporates GRE’s core values into her day-to-day work and keeps integrity and a customer-focused mindset forefront in all interactions, whether it’s with someone at the corporate office, an outside vendor, or a member of the community.

Sara grew up in western Washington and attended the University of Washington, where she received her degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism.

Eric Rogers

Director of Investments

Eric joined GRE in 2014 as an intern for the Asset Services department while completing his degree in Business from Washington State University. He was hired upon graduation as an Associate, continuing to work in Asset Services before transferring to the Development and Construction teams. Eric found his niche as a Financial Analyst in 2017 where he began learning about the investments side of business operations.

As the Director of Investments, Eric is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in target markets, debt placement, overseeing underwriting on new acquisitions, and developing investment strategies for future and current development and renovation projects.

In his new role, he will foster strategic relationships, focus on investment strategies, monitor capital flows, and leverage our strong local broker network to create value.

An avid sports fan, Eric is a supporter of the nonprofit Courts for Kids, an organization that builds sports courts for children in economically disadvantaged areas.

Audrey Riddle

Impact Program Ambassador

Audrey Riddle joined Goodman Real Estate in 2018 as the IMPACT Program Ambassador. She brings a wealth of service experience to the role, with years of experience contributing to the growth of her community through philanthropy and engagement.

Prior to joining GRE, she worked for the Catholic Housing Services as a Program Manager and managed an apartment building for low-income working families and families coming out of homelessness. Throughout her career, she has kept her goal of bringing dignity and compassion to all residents as her north star. Audrey believes that listening and asking questions is essential to creating a creative and holistic strategy. Energetic and compassionate, Audrey strives to be a positive influence in everything she does.

Audrey holds a BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (SPU) with minors in Leadership Studies, Reconciliation Studies, and Women’s Studies. Born and raised in Western PA, Audrey moved to Seattle to attend SPU. While there, she worked with Tent City 3 during their second stay on SPU’s campus. Through that experience, she developed a passion for service and combatting homelessness.

Audrey is active in her community and organizes a monthly community meal through her parish, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.  In her free time, she is active and enjoys running as well as participating in a year-round indoor soccer team and kickball team.

George Petrie

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Goodman Real Estate for more than 15 years, George believes the company’s mission, vision, and values has created a culture that has attracted extraordinary professionals and kept the company on a successful course. During his tenure, he has overseen the teams that developed, acquired, and disposed of over 350 assets in four countries. With experience spanning roles in finance, accounting, property management, asset management, and capital markets, George’s knowledge, experience, and skill move GRE in the direction of the future of real estate. George graduated from the University of Washington and earned his CPA, CPM, CCIM, and RPA real estate designations.

George finds satisfaction by challenging his team to achieve their goals while ensuring each person is encouraged and has opportunities to grow. He considers every team member at GRE to be a leader and supports them as they develop an understanding of their strengths and how to use them within the organization. George firmly believes there is a significant shortage of housing nationwide due to questionable regulatory policies. He advocates for the removal of barriers that policy makers can influence, both legislative and regulatory, so that housing supply will increase for the benefit of current and future generations.

George believes that a portion of profitable work should go toward those at risk in the community. This belief led George to create IMPACT—a company-wide program with a mission to provide a sense of place for all of GRE’s community by collaborating with local non-profits to serve the vulnerable with a focus on shelter, community, education, sustainability, and relief. He personally serves on several non-profit boards, including WBPA, CRISTA, V16, and the North Seattle College Real Estate Program.

George and his wife have three grown daughters, live near the University of Washington, and like to spend time boating, skiing, traveling, and financially supporting local charitable organizations.
