Howard Daniel II

Senior Property Accountant

Howard Daniel is a Senior Property Accountant at GRE Management where his focus is maintaining the financials for multifamily properties. Howard’s colleagues describe him as helpful, knowledgeable, and optimistic—always with a sense of humor. Howard aspires to leverage his keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and “never give up” mentality to expand his knowledge, opportunities, and responsibilities with GRE-M.

Howard worked in property management at Pike Place Market for 8 years and with Community Staffing Solutions in the same industry for 2 years before joining GRE-M in 2022. At Pike Place Market, he was tasked with managing the financials for buildings within his designated market, all while delivering stellar customer service.

Howard possesses his AAS in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Currently, he is earning his MBA from Western Govern University while simultaneously pursuing his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

When he’s not busy planning his next trip or adventure, you can find Howard enjoying activities that get him moving and outdoors in his free time: from going to the gym or bowling to golfing, basketball, and hiking.

Ashley Stathas

Sr. Property Accountant

Ashley Stathas is a Property Accountant at GRE Management where she prepares monthly financial statements and assists Community Managers and Portfolio Managers with accounting tasks of all types. Described by her colleagues as polite and helpful, Ashley is highly organized and dedicated to forging new connections. She is enthusiastic about expanding her accounting skills by learning new processes and applying her working knowledge toward GRE ingenuity.

Ashley worked at Blanton Turner as a property accountant for nearly 3 years before joining GRE-M. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent a decade working for the City of Seattle’s Parks and Recreation Department in the Pools and Beaches program. She joined GRE-M in 2022 in search of new experiences and opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of all aspects of property accounting.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Finance and double minors in Accounting and International Business from Western Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman

Accounting Associate

Kelvin Lopez-Guzman joined GRE Management in 2021 as the RRAD Administrator and was later promoted to Accounting Associate. Kelvin has focused on customer service and client satisfaction and has worked closely with community teams facilitating resident payment plans and providing support for various rental assistance programs. He takes great pride in his professionalism and strong communication skills and thoroughly enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie at GRE-M. 

Education and learning are important to Kelvin. He graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Landing his Year Up internship enabled Kelvin to attend South Seattle College tuition-free, where he also maintained a flawless 4.0 GPA.

In his free time, Kelvin is passionate about physical fitness—from playing soccer with his team to working out at the gym. He also enjoys cruising around in his car and spending time with his family.

Saniya Regmi

Training & Development Associate

Saniya Regmi joined GRE Management in 2022 as a Training & Development Associate. Saniya has over a decade of experience working in Property Management and found her niche in training and development when she began mentoring managers and nurturing new hires to reach their fullest potential.

 In her role, Saniya is responsible for creating content and implementing professional development programs aimed at fostering growth among our team members. She is passionate about creating strong leaders that are empowered to make smart business decisions.

Saniya is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and obtained status as a NAAEI Faculty Member after completing the Advanced Facilitator Training. Her active involvement in WMFHA (Washington Multi Family Housing Association) and the NAA Diversity Leadership Program testifies her commitment to the field. Her accomplishments include being recognized as the Rookie of the Year Emerald Award winner in 2013 and was a finalist for Assistant Community Manager 150+ units in 2015. Saniya was also selected as a 2024 WMFHA Emerging Leader, marking her as part of the inaugural cohort of the program.

 Outside of her professional life, Saniya is an avid outdoor enthusiast who relishes the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping, and kayaking. She brings her creativity to the kitchen, where she finds joy in preparing fresh and innovative dishes.

Rocky Jeet

Regional Portfolio Manager

Rocky Jeet has 18 years of experience in the Property Management industry. He began as a part-time leasing consultant in 2005 and found his full-time passion while working his way up to his current role as Regional Property Manager. He has managed properties ranging from 150 to 768 units and has worked with conventional and tax credit communities and everything in between.

In his current role, Rocky enables multifamily communities to thrive. He works daily to improve the lives of community residents, his team, and GRE-M as a whole through sound leadership, empowerment, and professional development opportunities. He creates a family-like culture among his team and is known for going above and beyond to get the job done.

Rocky has an Associate of Science degree from ITT Tech, an ARM designation from IREM, and his CAPS Certification through WMFHA. He was named as a finalist for the Multi-Family Housing Association’s 2019 Emerald Award for Community Manager of the Year (151-300 units). In his time off, Rocky enjoys taking his dogs to the beach, going for long drives, camping, and photography. Above all, he loves spending time with his husband and friends.

Drew Arnold-Barger

Investment Portfolio Manager

Drew Barger began working in the multi-family property management industry in 2011 as a Leasing Specialist and spent the next decade growing his skill set in various roles of increasing responsibility before joining GRE Management as an Area Regional Manager in 2021. Drew’s skillset was quickly noticed and he was promoted to Investment Portfolio Manager in 2023. In his current role, Drew oversees a portfolio of assets where he leads his teams to achieve success.

Often referred to as “MacGyver” by his team because of his ability to fix problems in innovative ways, Drew’s strengths lie in building team morale, communicating, and implementing process improvements. He is a two-time Emerald Award nominee for Property Manager of the Year for 150+ units.

In his spare time, Drew bakes decorative cakes for friends’ and family’s special occasions—be it weddings or birthday parties. He challenges himself to improve his skills and create professional-level designs. He also enjoys movies, the performing arts, the outdoors, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dulce Pestana

Property Accountant

Dulce Pestana is an Accounting Associate who joined GRE Management in 2021 while completing a Business Operations professional development program through Year Up Puget Sound at South Seattle College. Prior to entering this program, Dulce worked for the YMCA of Greater Seattle for 7 years in their youth development department.

Dulce works with the Accounting team to process payments and support Community Managers. With her patient and caring nature, Dulce is a wonderful resource for residents and uses her listening and problem-solving skills to solve challenges. She is hard-working, committed to excellence, and eager to collaborate with her colleagues and lend a hand wherever she can.

When not working or studying, Dulce enjoys painting with friends, attending baseball games with her family, playing cards, and hiking.

Tristan Redal

Investment Portfolio Manager

Tristan Redal began working in Property Management in 2012 as a Leasing Professional and steadily advanced through the ranks with her diverse skillset in leadership and exceptional customer service. Her expertise spans both garden and podium style buildings, with a proven track record of managing communities exceeding 400 units and handling multi-site operation lease-ups simultaneously.

Tristan holds a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification through WMFHA and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, with a minor in Marketing, from Whitworth University. She is a dedicated participant in our company’s IMPACT program, consistently seeking opportunities to give back and volunteer.

Originally from Moses Lake, Washington, Tristan frequently visits her family, cherishing time with her siblings and their children. She is an avid Seattle sports enthusiast, and enjoys cheering on all Seattle sports, with the Seattle Mariners being her favorite.

Jacob Marriott

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

In 2015, Jacob Marriott joined GRE Management as a Maintenance Supervisor and worked his way up to his current position as the Regional Maintenance Supervisor. He oversees large- scale projects and supports our onsite teams with training and resources to maintain the high standards of the communities under his care.

Jacob is known for his expertise in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with a particular strength in electrical diagnostic repairs. He enjoys teaching maintenance-related topics and is often described by his colleagues as generous, dependable, and a person of integrity.

Jacob holds a BS degree in Criminalistics from Weber State University, with minors in both Chemistry and Microbiology. His primary focus was on forensic fingerprinting and crime scene investigation, sharpening his attention to detail—a skill that proves invaluable in his current role. Further complementing his professional credentials are his certifications as an 06Admin- 07B Admin and 07B Journeyman for the electrical program.

Jacob is an active volunteer, contributing his time and talents participating in initiatives such as collecting food for local food banks, gathering coats for children, and donating supplies to elementary schools. Jacob is a black belt in Modern Arnis/Jiu-Jitsu and a Grand Champion in Full Contact Stick Fighting. He collects semi-precious stones, incorporating them into his crafts, and enjoys traveling, camping, and spending quality time with his family.

Marcie Bartlett

Investment Portfolio Manager

Marcie Bartlett had 16 years of property management experience when she joined GRE Management in 2020. As an Investment Portfolio Manager for GRE-M, she focuses on multi-family and renovation properties and aims to raise the bar even higher on already well-established communities. She is passionate about fostering teamwork, communication, and collaboration within her teams.

Marcie holds Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is Crime-Free Housing certified and is a Washington State Licensed Broker and Notary Public. She serves on the IREM executive council as the VP of Communications and Head-Chair of the IREM Young Professionals committee. Due of her dedication, creativity, and integrity, Marcie was recognized through her local IREM chapter as the Volunteer of the Year in 2019.

Outside of work, Marcie and her family enjoy being outdoors and can often be found boating and/or camping with their blue heeler puppy.

Jessica Christenson

Investment Portfolio Manager

Jessica Christenson came to GRE Management in 2020 with over 11 years of experience in Property Management spanning mixed-use, high-rise, and garden-style communities. She has a strong background in construction and vast knowledge of renovation best practices.

Jessica is goal-oriented and passionate about having a positive impact on others through the work that she does. She is a supportive leader and prioritizes enabling each of her team members to achieve their goals. She believes that by investing in her team, the overall business and properties will thrive.

Born and raised in Washington state, Jessica attended Green River Community College and obtained an AA in business management. She has been active with the NAA and the Washington Women’s Business Center.

In her free time, Jessica volunteers at her children’s schools and helps out at her local food bank and pet shelter. She enjoys camping with her family in their RV and spending time at their property in Concrete, WA. Jessica is currently getting scuba certified and is excited to explore the underwater world.

Roxane Loera

Investment Portfolio Manager

Roxane Loera began her career in the Property Management field as a leasing agent for a Pinnacle property while she was still attending college in Tacoma, WA. Over the course of her 14 years in the industry, she has completed many renovations, stabilized buildings, and assisted in the sale of assets for GRE Management. She is currently an Investment Portfolio Manager for GRE-M focusing on collaborating with the on-site multi-family teams to solve issues and ensure property success.

Roxane believes in the power of education and aims to be continually learning something new. She keeps her teams informed of trends within the housing market and prioritizes staff development initiatives to enable promotions from within.  Known for her ability to remain calm during tense situations, Roxane has a knack for design, marketing, and finding solutions to almost any issue. She never steps down from a challenge because she isn’t afraid to fail. She learns from her mistakes and adapts well to change.

Roxane values community involvement and believes that giving back feeds the soul. She currently volunteers at her daughter’s school, where she was served on the PTA for 7 years. She started a neighborhood food pantry in 2016 and ensures the pantry is always well-stocked. Roxane and her 3 daughters also volunteer through their church with various programs to help provide food and necessities to families in need.

Outside of work, Roxane loves time spent with her daughters taking their crazy (but cute) Goldendoodle for neighborhood walks. They love to travel and explore as a family. Roxane loves cheering her kids on during their extracurricular activities and coaches her daughter’s volleyball team.

Jennifer Pajonk

Accounting Manager

Jennifer Pajonk has a deep understanding of multi-family and renovation accounting, with 5 years of experience in property management accounting already in place when she joined GRE Management in 2019. She joined the Accounting team excited by the opportunity to learn more about the ownership side of the multi-family sector and gain a new perspective on the industry.

As a Senior Accountant, Jennifer is excited to build relationships across teams and create a cohesive, collaborative work environment. Jennifer holds true to GRE-M’s core values and believes that working with integrity and empathy towards her peers is the foundation of success. Known for her outgoing personality and friendly demeanor, Jennifer also values her timeliness and organizational skills. Her attention to detail improves accuracy in accounting, and her work is driven by her desire to improve efficiencies in systems and procedures.

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Jennifer received her B.A. from the University of Florida. She moved to Seattle in 2012 and enjoys walking around the city and checking out new and favorite restaurants. She believes that summers are for rooftop BBQs and fall is for football (GO GATORS!). She also loves to travel, with Japan and SE Asia among her favorite destinations.

Morgan Cole

Marketing Associate

Morgan Cole joined the real estate industry by way of the financial services sector where she spearheaded marketing and publicity campaigns for various companies and groups. In her role as Marketing Associate at GRE Management, she supports brand marketing and employee development for multi-family and commercial teams. She works hard every day to build and maintain positive brand awareness of the GRE-M Communities and partners closely with site employees to provide support and knowledge.

Morgan excels in her ability to forge partnerships and collaborate with others to make companies a great place for employees to work and learn, and to ensure a phenomenal customer experience. Her work is driven by her desire to create a positive impact and position GRE-M as a leading brand in the marketplace.

A Washington native, Morgan is a proud graduate of Washington State University, where she received her BA in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She is an active member of the Association for Women in Communication and has served on the board for the Tukwila Weekend SnackPack program, which provides weekend meals to homeless students.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her friends and family exploring the Pacific Northwest: snowboarding in the winter and hiking, boating, or playing at the lake in the summer. With her zest for life and learning, Morgan loves trying new things and is excited to travel the world to learn about life and culture outside of our beautiful little corner of the world.

Lindsey Nishimoto

Property Management Associate

Lindsey Nishimoto began her career with GRE Management in 2014. During her tenure with the company, she has worked at most of the commercial properties in the GRE-M portfolio. One of the things Lindsey finds the most rewarding about her job is the opportunity to experience new roles in different places within her area of expertise. She is outgoing and has a knack for customer service, but what sets her apart is her ability to focus on the details. Lindsey provides administrative support to the Property Management team and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Lindsey grew up just outside Seattle in Auburn, WA, where she still resides with her daughter. Lindsey and her daughter are both foodies and love trying out new restaurants with family and friends.
